Today, I proudly serve as the owner of Studio Cultive, a Gold.Key Color Educator for Kevin Murphy, and a brand ambassador for Amplify Hair Extensions. My extensive experience has honed my skills in cutting, coloring, and crafting the ideal extension look.

My journey in the beauty industry began at Paul Mitchell in Spokane, where I honed my skills. During my time in beauty school, I had the privilege of being a Saturday intern at Studio Cultive, contributing to the inception of our Saturday internship program. Currently, I am enrolled in the mentorship program at Studio Cultive, and I am on the verge of graduating to become a Gold Stylist. Exciting times ahead!

With 15 years of experience in the hair industry, I’ve had the pleasure of working in diverse locations, and I’m excited to finally put down roots here in Idaho. My journey began in Michigan, where I earned my license, and continued in Georgia, where I completed extensive training at one of Atlanta’s top salons. During my years there, I honed my skills and developed a deep passion for the art of hairstyling.
The most rewarding part of my career is the connection I build with my clients. I believe in the power of listening and creating personalized hair plans that suit your unique style, hair type, and overall hair health. Whether it’s achieving that perfect bright blonde, a soft lived-in look, or covering greys, I take pride in making sure every client leaves feeling confident and beautiful.
In addition to color, I specialize in bridal and formal hairstyling. Being a part of someone’s special day is an honor, and I love crafting styles that make those moments even more memorable.
When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me exploring Idaho’s stunning outdoors with my husband, our three kids, and our dog. I’m also passionate about yoga, hiking, and enjoying coffee at any time of day.

Amy is the founder of Trü Aesthetics Coeur d'Alene, brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the field of aesthetics. Growing up in southern Idaho and graduating with a Bachelor's in Health Science from Boise State University, she laid a solid foundation for her career. Amy then moved to North Idaho to pursue her Associate of Nursing degree at North Idaho College. With a background in pediatrics and home health, she later transitioned into the world of aesthetics, where she now combines her medical expertise with her love for enhancing beauty. At Trü Aesthetics, Amy's dedication to personalized care and advanced treatments ensures that each client receives exceptional service.
