What if I need to cancel my appointment?

studio CUltive stylist specifically reserve the time for your scheduled appointment, however we understand that schedules change. We kindly ask you to provide a minimum of 24-hour notice If you plan on changing or cancelling your appointment. we do require a credit card on file when booking your appointment and if you need to cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the original scheduled service. in the case of a no-show, you will be charged in full for your scheduled service. please remember our stylists are by appointment only and we rely on a timely cancellation.

What if I am late to my appointment?

at studio Cultive we do our best to accommodate however, if you are more then 15 minutes late. it is likely that we will have to reschedule your appointment as our stylist are usually booked back-to-back and would cause them to run behind for the rest of their day.

May I bring my children to my appointment?

as much as we love your kiddos, bringing them to your scheduled appointment can be a disruption to our stylists and other clients who are using this time for relaxation and self-care. please schedule your appointments during a time you are able to come without your kids. if you are unable to come on your own, please kindly reschedule your appointment with 24-hour notice as a courtesy to our stylists and other paying clients.
